Mr Phinneys Had his driver working in uninsured & unregistered vehicle.
On Feb 8th 2012 I had the miss-fortune of being rear ended and having my vehicle totaled out, after having one of his employees a Gregory Bell of Bradenton
who was officially found at fault for the accident in the Manatee county Traffic
court.
Here's the bottom line Boycot Roots of Sarasota Inc and any business Mr Robert A Phinney owns. Do not do business with him
and let your friends and business associates know to avoid this guy and his business entirely.
